About the Role:
- Act as the Relationship Manager for recruiters in IMI Kolkata campus, while supporting other campuses (IMI Delhi & IMI Bhubaneswar) in cross-location outreach.
- Ensure strong recruiter retention and acquisition through regular engagement, placement coordination, and student-profile alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, focusing on IMI Kolkata while supporting IMI Delhi & IMI Bhubaneswar
- Acquire new recruiters and ensure smooth coordination for placement days
- Maximize placement numbers by aligning company needs with student skillsets
- Ensure recruiter satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback management
- Track engagement performance and report updates to Campus and Analytics Heads
- Collaborate with the student prep team to map recruiter expectations to student capabilities.
Eligibility:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiter engagement, corporate relations, or business development
- Strong CRM usage experience and target tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with placement systems and student-recruiter alignment processes
- Ability to multitask across campuses and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of students placed
- Number of recruiters managed and retained
- Recruiter satisfaction and repeat hiring
- Quality and frequency of recruiter engagement
- Conversion rate from outreach to hiring
- Coordination effectiveness across campuses.
