Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, offering tailored product recommendations, tracking sales targets, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and participating in promotional and brand-building activities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with and assisting customers effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product benefits and assist in making purchasing decisions.
  • Salesmanship, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive retail success.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
