Key Performance Areas:

  • Engage with warm leads (students); conduct need analysis and recommend appropriate services.
  • Build trust through effective communication and close deals with empathy and precision.
  • Consistently manage and follow up on the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing teams to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Maintain CRM updates and generate performance reports weekly.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and brainstorm ideas to boost conversions and revenue.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Connect with students who have shown interest in our services.
  • Understand their needs and recommend the right services.
  • Build trust and close sales – your role directly impacts their future.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and achieve conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Report performance, bottlenecks, and learnings weekly.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A fresh graduate willing to start his / her career in sales (B2C preferred).
  • Excellent communicator - fluent in English & comfortable on phone.
  • Goal-driven and ambitious - you love performance-linked rewards.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic Excel (or willing to learn fast).
