Job Description

As a Talent Specialist in your domain, you are end-to-end responsible for attracting talent for Roambee Corporation. Handling junior, middle & senior level positions. Managing complete recruitment process from initial screening to selection.

You keep track of the whole recruitment process; finding and sourcing top-talent, support the hiring manager in screening CV s, conduct first interviews, negotiations, and be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers in the interview process. You do what it takes to provide a positive candidate experience. Branding and explore new recruitment strategies are also part of your job.

Key Responsibility Area:-

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead full life cycle of recruitment & employee Branding

  • Pre-screen job candidates, review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates
  • Conduct telephonic preliminary screening interviews with shortlisted candidates whenever required
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels ( social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • First round of HR Interview
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management,
    Facilitate the offer process post selection by doing reference check, taking approvals from leadership, doing salary negotiation, and releasing the offer to the candidates

Personal Attributes:-

  • We are looking for high achievers with 4 to 7 years of hands-on Experience in IT & Non IT recruitment.
  • You are open-minded and able to quickly build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Handling Full Cycle of Recruitment & Sourcing Candidates
  • Strong experience in Sourcing quality candidates through in-house database, using Job Portals & Social Media Hiring networks, referrals.
  • Negotiation and closing the position.
  • You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
