About the role
Our client is seeking a
Team Lead - Recruitment Coordinator
to oversee talent acquisition operations across multiple regions. The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and discretion in managing sensitive hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the TA Operations team of recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination for senior-level and confidential hires.
- Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority recruitment cases.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to enhance candidate experience.
- Review and optimize TA processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
- Prepare operational reports and insights for leadership.
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, including team leadership.
- Experienced in handling confidential and sensitive roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
