Purpose of the role:We are looking for a candidate with knowledge related to working capital facilities such as Bank Guarantees, Term Loans, and Overdrafts/Fixed Deposits. This role is essential in supporting the Treasury team with their fundraising efforts by managing all elements of the Back-Office operations.

You will be tasked with ensuring the efficient and precise execution of processes associated with the complete borrowing instruments and Bank lines. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: The key job tasks and responsibilities are as follows:Functional Responsibility: Total relevant 2 years' experience in servicing, banking & operational background. Able to manage end-to end on working capital facilities like Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, OD/FD.Ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining security, for these borrowing instruments including charge creation, modification and satisfaction.

Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain network with relevant financial institutions, Banks and UHNI clients. Manage bank facilities including data collection and document execution.

Ensuring adherence with internal policies, banking documents, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Basic understanding on financial concept, able to manage accounts, transactions, and other banking requirements. Collaborate with Finance & Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis teams to prepare the relevant data requirement.

Manage the banking operations for Nuvama, ensuring smooth functioning and operational efficiency. Involve in pre-sales activities aimed at securing new lines of credit for Nuvama. Collate and present financial documents, proposals, and strategic plans to potential financial partners.

Ensure the timely delivery of tasks and services as per agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and internal timelinesFunctional Competencies: Well versed with Companies Act, 2013 and RBI and Depository guidelines applicable for issuance and listing of Structured Products/NCDs /CPs for Corporate Broking and NBFC Companies. Understanding of the various laws, rules & regulations with respect to MCA & RBI etc. Updated on regulatory developments pertaining to issuance and redemptions of all borrowing instruments.
