As an assurance associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with clients to gather information necessary for the engagement, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Engagement Scope: Prepare workpapers to document the scope and findings of the engagement in accordance with AICPA standards.
  • Perform Auditing Duties: Perform accounting, auditing, and consulting duties as needed in engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel.
  • Meet Project Deadlines: Complete assignments, tasks, and project components in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with Peers: Collaborate with team members to provide quality service to clients through sharing, gaining, and gathering information.
  • Establish Client Relationships: Establish rapport with peer client levels and develop a professional relationship with the client.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Hold a Qualified Chartered Accountant or CPA Degree.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in external/statutory audit within public accounting.
  • Experience working with clients in various industries is essential, including manufacturing, professional services, NFP, real estate, etc.
  • Experience with EBP is a plus but not mandatory.
