Role description

We are looking for an experienced AR/VR Engineer to lead the design and development of immersive experiences across AR (augmented reality) and VR (virtual reality) platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality XR applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define architectures, optimize performance, and push the boundaries of what's possible in spatial computing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex AR/VR applications using Unity or Unreal Engine.Build robust and scalable XR e xperiences across platforms such as Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens, Magic Leap, HTC Vive, and mobile AR.

Optimize 3D rendering performance, memory usage, and interactivity for real-time environments.

Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and UX researchers to deliver high-fidelity immersive interactions.Integrate sensors, spatial tracking, gesture input, hand tracking, and real-w orld mapping using ARKit, ARCore, OpenXR, or custom SDKs.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy, toolset eva luation, and prototyping of future-forward XR solutions.Stay up to date with the latest AR/VR frameworks, hardware, and ecosystem developments.
