Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core/.NET 6+
  • Integrate .NET-based APIs with Unity or Unreal Engine applications to support AR/VR experiences
  • Collaborate with 3D and UI/UX teams to deliver seamless and high-performance immersive applications
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support real-time communication in AR/VR platforms
  • Implement AR/VR features using Unity3D, ARKit, ARCore, or Microsoft HoloLens SDK
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Write and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework
  • Experience with Unity3D or Unreal Engine, particularly for AR/VR development
  • Familiarity with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or Microsoft HoloLens
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Experience with source control tools like Git
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating .NET backend with AR/VR frontends via APIs or SDKs
  • Knowledge of XR Interaction Toolkit or other VR frameworks
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Firebase
  • Prior experience in domains like healthcare, architecture, education, or gaming using AR/VR
