Role Overview

The Paint Technologist will play a key role in studying customer applications, analyzing paint processes, and recommending suitable solutions. The position involves both technical evaluation and hands-on application work, including supporting trials, demonstrations, and on-site activities to ensure optimal usage of VR Coatings systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Study customer paint applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct trials, tests, and evaluations of paint equipment at in-house labs and customer sites.
• Support customer demonstrations, installations, and training.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for validation of solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results, trials, and customer feedback.
• Keep updated on paint technology, coating processes, and application techniques.

Who Can Apply

• Degree or Diploma in Paint Technology.
• 13 years of relevant industry experience.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen interest in hands-on, application-based work.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (primarily within India).
