Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Control Centre Executive with a competitive salary of up to ₹35,000 per month. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing control room operations, analyzing data and reports, coordinating with internal teams for operational efficiency, and ensuring incidents or discrepancies are promptly addressed. The role requires adherence to established procedures and standards while maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing operational data for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and coordination across teams.
  • Ability to use technical tools, software, or control systems relevant to control center operations.
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in a control center or similar environment is preferred.

●    Monitor, track, and respond to buyer enquiries received through the platform.

●    Validate and categorize enquiries as
genuine, duplicate, or spam
.

●    Assign enquiries to relevant suppliers and ensure timely follow-ups.

●    Maintain enquiry status lifecycle:
Open → In Progress → Closed → Archived
.

●    Ensure all communication and actions are logged accurately in the CCM system.

Review and verify supplier registrations and business documents (GST, MSME, PAN, etc.).

●    Approve or reject supplier profiles based on internal verification criteria.

●    Assist new suppliers in listing products and maintaining up-to-date profiles.

●    Track supplier responsiveness and flag inactive accounts for review.

●    Manage buyer profiles and support registration-related issues.
