Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process driven OCC Intern to join our newly established Operations Control Centre (OCC). In this role, you will be responsible for daily monitoring of the performance of deployed systems, tracking restoration times, and escalating delays in a structured and t imely manner. The data generated by OCC will directly support top-level decision making through FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) and contribute toward the enhancement of our technologies and improved customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the operational performance of deployed technologies and products.
- Track and record the duration taken to repair or restore systems following any failure.
- Escalate cases where repair or restoration is delayed within defined timelines.
Technologies to be Monitored:
- WILD – Automatic Detection of Flat Wheels by Optical Sensing Technology (Wheel Impact Load Detector)
- MVIS – Automatic Train Examination by Artificial Intelligence (Machine Vision-based Inspection System)
- CSS – Drivers Eye by Cloud Technologies (Cyber Signalling System)
- DOST – Smart App for Track Worker Safety (Delivering Occupational Safety on Track)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
