Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Coimbatore

Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Prepare and manage job postings across hiring platforms.
  • Track and update recruitment metrics regularly.
  • Support onboarding activities when required.
  • Coordinate with interviews if required.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
  • Experience in IT / Non-IT / BPO / Procurement hiring.
  • Good understanding of candidate screening and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant recruitment experience preferred.
