Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Coimbatore for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of clients. The role includes developing recruitment strategies, coordinating hiring processes with employers, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce requirements, and ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze job requirements and match candidates effectively to roles.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
