Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager leads efforts to grow student enrollment and strengthens the school's reputation through outreach, event planning, digital campaigns, partnership development and cooperate & Play school tie ups.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote the school by visiting educational fairs, organizing campus tours, open houses, and webinars to attract prospective students and families.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email) to engage leads and drive admissions inquiries.
- Build relationships with school counselors, coaching centers, and consultants to expand outreach.
- Build the relationship with the play schools or feeder school.
- Tie ups with cooperate companies for the direct admission in school
- Manage the admissions pipeline: track leads, nurture prospects, and streamline the application process.
- Analyze market and admission trends, contributing data-driven insights for school strategy.
- Plan and host events, workshops, and collaborative webinars with partner institutions.
- Monitor admissions targets and support fundraising or scholarship promotions as needed.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and admissions teams to enhance program offerings and student engagement.
- Uphold the school's values, ensure data confidentiality, and participate in relevant committees.
