Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily sales activities at the showroom.
- Interact with walk-in customers and understand their home and kitchen design requirements.
- Present product features, materials, and pricing options clearly and confidently.
- Coordinate with the design, installation, and supplier teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain product displays, stock updates, and visual presentation standards.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assign and monitor duties to sales and support staff as needed.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or related field).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or electronics.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
