Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily sales activities at the showroom.
  • Interact with walk-in customers and understand their home and kitchen design requirements.
  • Present product features, materials, and pricing options clearly and confidently.
  • Coordinate with the design, installation, and supplier teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain product displays, stock updates, and visual presentation standards.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Assign and monitor duties to sales and support staff as needed.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or electronics.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
