Position- Multi Cuisine Chef /Personal Chef (MD Home)

Qualification- Any Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Industry

Experience- 02 to 10 Years

Location - Ajmer (Rajasthan)

It is an opportunity to work under the MD of Asias No. 01 Stone processing machines manufacturer.

1. Plan and prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) according to the clients taste, dietary restrictions, and schedule.

2. Ensure the kitchen and all food preparation areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic.

3. Prepare meals for special occasions.

4. Manage kitchen inventory and maintain records of food and supply expenses.

5. Must have experience in preparing protein diet in order to cater to specific dietary plans such as vegan, gluten-free, keto,Protein diet, or low-calorie meals as needed.

1. Coordinate with household staff (Chef) for smooth meal service.

2. Customize menus based on macronutrient requirements, calorie goals, and taste preferences.

8. Must have experience in preparing Indian food.

1. Track meal plans, portion sizes, and nutritional balance

2. Stay updated with latest nutrition and protein-diet trends (keto, paleo, high-protein vegetarian/vegan, etc.).

11.Preference for a multi cuisine chef.
