We're Hiring: Finance Executive

Location: Blue Ocean The Fern Resort & Spa, Ganpatipule

Department: Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Blue Ocean The Fern Resort & Spa, a premium eco-friendly beachfront destination in Ganpatipule, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about hospitality and skilled in financial operations, we want you in our team

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily finance and accounting operations for the resort


• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reporting systems


• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, revenue reconciliation, and cash flow


• Ensure compliance with hotel finance policies and statutory requirements


• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external stakeholders

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field


• Experience in hospitality finance (preferred)


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting


• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of hotel PMS)
