Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking young, dynamic graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales role. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with sales skills to provide advice and support on our range of premium wood flooring products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships while maximizing potential with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and architects.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent the company.
- Assist in researching and developing new customers and market opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Science, or related fields preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about wood flooring systems.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
Attitude:
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a technical sales career.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred candidate profile
Young - Male aged between 24 to 30 years.
Need good communication skills. Should be able to use two wheelers
