Job Title: Sales Manager

A leading organization in the bicycle manufacturing and distribution industry, renowned for product quality, innovation, and a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead its bicycles division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share for bicycles.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in domestic and international markets .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key institutional clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning .
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management .
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction .
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Handle key account negotiations and resolve major client issues effectively .

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) .
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience in the bicycle or related consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of bicycle products and market trends .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver sales results under challenging targets .
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required .
