We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth in the FMCG sector through franchise acquisitions and B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, identify high-potential franchise and corporate clients, lead negotiations, and ensure effective cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong market insight, stakeholder management, and flexibility to travel across regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement FMCG-focused sales strategies to achieve corporate and franchise targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
  • Drive B2B business development with corporate ventures, institutional buyers, and distribution partners.
  • Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare sales and market reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value franchise and corporate deals.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews for key clients.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the corporate sales team to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor FMCG trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights to improve product offerings, pricing, and franchise models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.
  • 4–8 years' experience in FMCG sales, franchise development, or B2B acquisition.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and franchise/corporate client acquisition.
  • Prior team management experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and franchise onboarding abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
