
Sales Senior Executive/ Manager

Key responsibilities
- Client and account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts to ensure client loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales strategy and execution: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and actively solicit new business through various channels like phone, email, and networking events.
- Negotiation and contracting: Negotiate and close contracts for group bookings, events, and conferences, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Sales reporting and analysis: Track sales performance metrics, report on progress, and analyze market trends to inform future sales strategies and improve occupancy rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as marketing, catering, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.
- Event support: Organize, host, and participate in site inspections, sales events, and trade shows to promote the hotel and build brand awareness.
- Customer satisfaction: Strive for the highest level of guest satisfaction by understanding their needs and ensuring the smooth execution of all bookings and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
