Talant Cubicle is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **IT Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of IT solutions and services. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of IT products and solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work in a **hybrid setup** with weekend availability if required.
