Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Sales Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our e-commerce platform. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, and we are looking for an immediate joiner to contribute to our expanding team.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation:
Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products/services through the e-commerce platform.

Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to customers.

Order Processing:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, working closely with the operations team.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week.

One rotational week off.

The position is based in Kolkata.

Work-from-office arrangement.
