**About Hammonds Flycatcher**:
Hammonds Flycatcher is a renowned brand in leather goods manufacturing, offering premium products such as bags, belts, and accessories. We are rapidly growing our e-commerce business and are looking for a highly skilled *E-commerce Executive* to manage our operations and help us expand further in the online market.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure product listings, prices, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor order processing and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.

**Claims & Returns Handling**:

- Handle all claims, refunds, and returns efficiently across platforms.
- Ensure prompt resolution of return cases while adhering to platform guidelines.
- Maintain a clear record of all returns and claims for reporting.

Customer Outreach:

- Contact and follow up with customers who have abandoned their carts to complete their purchase.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and feedback professionally.

**Sales & Order Optimization**:

- Implement strategies to boost online sales through cross-selling, upselling, and promotions.
- Analyze e-commerce sales data and provide recommendations for increasing sales.
- Identify trends in customer behavior and suggest improvements to the e-commerce experience.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Generate detailed reports on sales performance, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
- Provide insights on competitor activities and recommend action plans to maintain a competitive edge.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any stream.
- **Language**: Proficient in English with smooth and clear communication skills.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong knowledge of sales strategies and online customer behavior.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and e-commerce challenges swiftly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate and methodical in handling orders, returns, and customer interactions.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
