We're seeking a dedicated and passionate E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Rajarhat, Kolkata. This role is essential to our mission of ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation as industry trailblazers. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be the frontline in engaging with our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and upholding the high standard of service that Sterling Retail is known for. Location: Kolkata (Rajarhat-Newtown) Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) Experience : 2-5 Years Key Skills & Responsibilities: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally within an ecommerce setting. Hands-on experience in using tools like Feedvisor, Repricer & others. Proficient in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Advanced proficiency in MS Suite Familiarity with selling on prominent online marketplaces such as Amazon, Sears, Target, Walmart, etc., is advantageous Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a logical approach to challenges Strong Documentation Skills Overseeing operations across various e-commerce platforms, encompassing tasks such as product listing, sales monitoring, order processing, shipment tracking, and customer service. Cultivating strong client relationships and serving as the primary liaison to address channel needs effectively. Formulating and executing commercial strategies and action plans to enhance sales performance. Managing marketing initiatives across all marketplaces, including leveraging promotional opportunities. Coordinating and refining product content, inventory, pricing, and order processing workflows.
