**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic **Field Sales Representative** to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves traveling within Varanasi and surrounding areas to meet with local businesses, explain our signage solutions, and close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and leads in the market by visiting potential clients, such as Cafes, restaurants, Beauty Salons, Nail Art Studios and other such premium businesses.
- **Client Outreach**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate neon signage solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of GlowMore’s product offerings and services to effectively communicate the value of our signage to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of neon and LED signage for their business.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring deals are closed efficiently and profitably.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and report market intelligence to help improve our product and service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence potential clients.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Kolkata and surrounding areas is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

**What We Offer**:

- 18,000 Salary during training, with performance-based incentives.
- Cost of Petrol would be provided based on distance covered.
- Working Days are full day in Monday to Friday and Saturday would be Half Day.
- No Preesure of Sales Target, you are jus expected to do your work with honesty.
