Job Title: Telecaller cum Recruiter (Hybrid Work – WFH Office Weekly)

Location: Hybrid Work

  • Work From Home (Monday to Tuesday & Thursday to Saturday)
  • Report to Office Every Wednesday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to candidates
  • Explain job roles clearly and professionally
  • Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews & follow up regularly
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Attend office every Wednesday for team meeting and reporting

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Any regional language Basic English/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu preferred)
  • Confident in handling phone calls
  • Basic recruitment knowledge (added advantage)
  • Smartphone & good internet connection
  • Freshers or Experienced can apply
