Job Opening: Telecalling Executive

Work From Home | Full-time | Fixed Timing (10 AM – 7 PM)

About the Role

We are hiring Telecalling Executives who will be responsible for conducting the screening round of candidates using company-provided data through CRM. The role requires making back-to-back calls in a professional manner and ensuring smooth interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make back-to-back calls using company-provided CRM data.

Conduct screening rounds with potential candidates.

Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.

Ensure professional communication and follow company calling guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Good communication skills in Hindi/English.

Ability to work full-time with discipline and punctuality.

Job Details:

Work Type: Work From Home

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed)

Salary: ₹12,000 (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹15,000 (Performance-based)
