Job Title: Tele caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales/support team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide information or support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound calls to answer queries and provide information about the company's offerings.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
