We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our immigration team. The role involves **calling potential clients**, explaining visa services, and **converting leads into enrolments**. This is a **target-based sales role**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database.
- Explain immigration services such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa.
- Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly.
- Schedule walk-ins and appointments for counselling sessions.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and enrolment status.
- Meet or exceed **monthly enrolment targets**.
- Coordinate with counsellors and other departments for smooth conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration, education, or sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, English and Punjabi
- Ability to handle pressure and work towards monthly targets.
- Confident, positive attitude, and result-oriented approach.
