- **Presenting products**Telecallers explain the benefits of products or services and encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Resolving issues**Telecallers address customer concerns and complaints.
- **Building relationships**Telecallers build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- **Recording interactions**Telecallers keep accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
- **Following guidelines**Telecallers adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology, and may follow predefined scripts.
- **Reporting**Telecallers make reports and documentation based on their conversations, and report their observations to their team lead

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
