Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support
: Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat, providing prompt and efficient solutions to resolve issues. - Sales Assistance
: Assist potential clients by providing product information, addressing concerns, and driving conversions. - Relationship Building
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Documentation
: Record interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference and quality control. - Follow-up
: Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
Requirements
- Education
: Graduate degree in any field preferred. - Experience
: 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles. - Skills
: - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Availability
: Willingness to work night shifts post-training and rotational shifts as per client needs.
