Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, communicative, and motivated Material Sales Executive (Female) to join our sales team. You will be a key point of contact for solar EPC clients, helping them understand the Suncart platform, placing orders, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp) with solar EPC customers.
  • Demonstrate Suncart's value proposition: automated BOQ generation, one-shot delivery, and centralized procurement. SunCart Solar+1
  • Guide clients through the platform: help them generate BOQs, select the right products, and confirm orders.
  • Follow up on quotes / BOQs generated by clients, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into orders.
  • Coordinate with operations / procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of BOS materials.
  • Maintain sales records, update CRM or internal tracking systems.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to growth metrics.
  • Provide feedback from customers to management to improve product offerings or the procurement experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi / English).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / telesales / customer sales, ideally in solar, building materials, or procurement.
  • Basic understanding of solar components (modules, inverters, mounting structure) is a plus but not mandatory — training will be provided.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, CRM, web platform).
  • Well-organized, with good follow-up discipline and customer orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
