Job Summary
Bellware Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Manager – Business Development to lead regional growth across Kerala. The role demands strong leadership, deep product and market knowledge, and the ability to design and execute effective sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies for Kerala region
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure strong product knowledge across the team and channel partners
- Drive dealer, distributor, and project sales growth
- Plan and execute marketing and branding initiatives in coordination with management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence
- Conduct regular field visits and review team performance
- Prepare MIS reports and strategic inputs for senior management
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong product knowledge in Sanitaryware, CP fittings, Plywood, WPC boards, PVC/Multiwood
- Excellent market knowledge of Kerala (dealers, distributors, projects, competitors)
- Solid understanding of marketing & branding concepts
- Proven expertise in sales strategy planning and execution
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
Experience & Eligibility
- Minimum 8+ years of team management experience in a lead position
- Age below 45 years
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time
- Experience in building regional business and managing large territories
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹60,000 per month
- Incentives: Team Performance-Based Incentives
