Job Description:

Core Requirements

  1. Educational Background

  2. Bachelors degree in business administration, law, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.

  3. Advanced degrees (MBA, JD, LLM) or certifications (e.g., CPCM Certified Professional Contracts Manager) are often valued.

  4. Professional Experience

  5. Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

  6. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.

  7. Experience in working with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams.

  8. Knowledge of Laws & Regulations

  9. Understanding of relevant contract law, commercial law, and industry-specific regulations.

  10. Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, FAR/DFARS for government contracts).

  11. Technical Skills

  12. Proficiency with CLM systems (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba, Coupa).

  13. Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills for documentation and analysis.
