HCL is Hiring: Experienced Contract Management Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional in contract management with a strong background in labor contracts, staff augmentation, and IT contracts?

Were looking for someone who can hit the ground running

Role Highlights:

  • Proven experience in handling Labor, Staff augmentation, and Professional Services.
  • Strong expertise in drafting SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and other contractual documents.
  • Skilled in creating rate cards, preparing scope of services.
  • Hands-on experience in contract negotiation, contract clauses and working within the procurement domain.
  • Familiarity with CLM tools is a strong advantage (SAP Ariba).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA / BE
  • Experience: 9 to 12 years
  • Shift: US Shift
  • Location: 100% Work from Office (Chennai)
