Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services.
  • Negotiation: Secure cost-effective deals and favourable contract terms.
  • Market Research: Analyse industry trends and supplier capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to forecast supply needs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, (depending on focus).
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., Panjiva for trade sourcing, LinkedIn for talent sourcing).
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (FSSAI, Kosher, organic certifications for food sourcing).
