Role & responsibilities

Day to Day Contracting Support:

  • Drafting, negotiating and bringing contracts to execution
  • Identification of potential risks and benefits associated with the contract and liabilities
  • Ensuring the contract complies with policies and procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with procurement and stakeholders for due diligence and contract finalization.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Drafting policies and procedures in alignment with the regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Anti-Kickback Statute, ISO 27001, CMS regulations).
  • Monitoring ongoing compliances and managing associated risks.
  • Conducting periodic reviews to assess vendor performance and to identify emerging risks.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.

Escalation Handling:

  • Identifying legal jargons and managing complaints effectively.
  • Handling escalations with professionalism and strategic resolution planning.
  • Routing escalations appropriately and implementing measures to nullify potential issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Location: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years

Client Base: Preferably US Clients

  • 3- or 5-year law degree from a recognized university.
  • 1+ years of experience in response scripting and escalation handling.
  • Exposure to customizing client communications and identifying legal terminology.
  • Prior experience working with US clients is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and contracting structures
  • Willingness to work night shifts and from the office (WFO).
  • Strong research and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
