Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Consultant or Sales Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasive skills to convert leads into successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management:

Contact potential customers through provided leads.

Explain project details, including amenities, pricing, square footage, location, and other features.

Build rapport and maintain effective communication with clients.

2. Client Engagement:

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.

Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.

3. Sales and Closing:

Accompany clients during site visits and explain the project benefits.

Follow up with clients after site visits to address any queries.

Negotiate and close sales by building strong customer relationships.

Assist in completing necessary documentation and payment processes.

4. Reporting and Feedback:

Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress.

Provide regular updates to the management team on lead status.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
