OPEN ROLE – ARCHITECT & BUSINESS BUILDER

We are seeking a design-savvy architect with a flair for sales and entrepreneurship. This is not a conventional architecture role you will help shape our product, take it to market, talk to clients, close deals, and influence strategy.

One week you might be designing prototypes and pitching them to a client. The next week, you could be building relationships with architects and builders, scouting new markets, or helping craft our next big go-to-market campaign. You'll be part of a lean, high-trust team working directly with the founders, where your ideas can directly shape the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Product Development

  • Incorporate branding, sustainability, and market insights into design concepts.
  • Create and iterate product prototypes for validation with customers.
  • Work closely with production and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand vision.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and connect with potential clients—architects, designers, developers, and builders.
  • Present our products with compelling pitches and demos.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Assist in developing sales collateral, presentations, and outreach strategies.

Entrepreneurial Projects

  • Work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional tasks spanning product, marketing, operations, and partnerships.

Conduct research, gather insights, and contribute to decision-making.

  • Help create processes and workflows for scaling operations.

Entrepreneur in Residence – ARCHITECT – JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in architecture and relevant field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant digital tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
  • An independent and analytical thinker who adapts well in a team setting
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems unconventionally
  • High learning agility and willingness to get your hands dirty across tasks
  • Bonus if you've worked on side projects, startups, NGOs, or any fast-paced environments
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
