Location: Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid)

Compensation: 25,000 per month stipend

About the Role

We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to identify, co-build, and manage Thences portfolio of ventures.

You will work closely with Thences leadership to

- Identify and validate ideas that can be scaled into ventures.
- Seek and onboard the right people to run the venture portfolio.
- Support the operations of the venture portfolio in their 0-1 journey.

What Were Looking For

- Entrepreneurial drive & hunger with a deep bias for execution and experimentation.
- You thrive as a generalist and like to dabble in different things, often multiple at a time.
- You&aposre comfortable with ambiguity and relentless in pursuit.
- Past entrepreneurial or venture capital experience is welcome.
- Willingness to work full-time from Bangalore.
