Company Description

CarbonCraft is a Bangalore-based startup that has developed Carbon Tile, the first tile made from upcycled carbon. This innovative product aims to combat air pollution at scale by integrating architectural intervention with craftsmanship. By making environmental sustainability an integral part of its mission, CarbonCraft seeks to create a positive impact using creative and eco-friendly solutions.

The Role: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

This isn't a typical role it's an entrepreneurial launchpad
. As an EIR at CarbonCraft, you'll work closely with the founders to
incubate new ideas, test business models, and drive initiatives across domains
. Think of it as wearing many hats strategy, design, R&D, sales, partnerships and making things happen.

What You'll Do

  • Explore opportunities at the intersection of sustainability, design, and deep tech.
  • Work side by side with founders on experiments and pilots.
  • Collaborate with R&D and design teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
  • Engage with customers, retailers, and partners to validate and scale solutions.
  • Shape business strategies and lead projects that could evolve into ventures.
