Founded by Kalika Vajpayee, committed to rethinking early learning, ADIIVA is a lean, high-impact startup working at the intersection of two major technological innovations - LLMs and Robotics. With our first office in Bangalore, we are looking to hire an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) that will help us build a revolutionary product that transforms how children learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an EIR at ADIIVA, you'll be part of the founding team. You will be working closely with the founder, to shape our journey from vision to victory. This role offers unparalleled autonomy, significant equity, and the chance to co-create a category-defining AI device for children in a 0→1 environment.

Based in Bengaluru (full time, on-site), you will travel to key markets for partnerships and/or customer discovery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ideate and develop product features
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to understand the target market, identifying gaps and solutions
  • Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for launch
  • Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging and voice
  • Implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail
  • Establish partnerships with ecosystem players to scale in India and beyond
  • Participate in hiring/team building, fundraising efforts

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in consumer tech, with a deep understanding of product development, GTM
  • Product Passion: Strong opinions on what makes user experiences delightful or frustrating, with a knack for ideating features
  • Growth Mindset: Proven ability to drive high-velocity growth, comfortable being wrong, and quick to learn from experiments
  • Resourcefulness: Initiative-driven and thrives in 0→1 environments, picking up skills to get the job done
  • Storytelling: You have a knack for articulating complex ideas in a simple and clear manner
  • Team Building: Ability to attract talent, mentor and lead a team
