Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in the Mohali district. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting company services. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing leads, effectively communicating technical solutions, training clients on products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales and management teams to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management techniques, including lead generation and closing
  • Experience in Training and educating clients on products or services
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in IT or Managed Service environments is a plus
