Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads specifically in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads, brand visibility, and ROI across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and minimize CPL/CPA.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM tools, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Develop and execute remarketing and funnel-based strategies to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in paid advertising and EdTech marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and remarketing tactics.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM platforms.
- Experience in lead generation, funnel marketing, and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid ad platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in EdTech startups or performance marketing agencies will be an advantage.
