We are seeking a
Customer Service Executive
to manage and respond to customer interactions via
WhatsApp, social media platforms, online chat systems, and phone calls
. This role involves engaging with leads, answering queries, and ensuring timely, professional communication to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and other lead generation platforms.
- Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls to follow up with leads.
- Engage with comments, direct messages, chats, and calls to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Understand client service offerings to provide accurate information.
- Record customer queries, call logs, and interaction details in the CRM or designated systems.
- Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and call-handling protocols provided by the company.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Requirements
- Education:
Minimum graduate or equivalent qualification. - Experience:
Min-2 years in customer service, preferably in call handling and chat-based communication. - Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats, leads, and calls simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good typing speed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, ride-hailing, or auto services industry.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer appropriate, customized solutions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
