Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Pre-Sales Customer Support Executive will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, providing detailed information on products, and resolving any pre-sales queries. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met, maintaining relationships with clients, and assisting in generating leads through various channels. Additionally, the person in this role will develop a thorough understanding of products and services offered by IBO.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Communication skills
- Understanding of Pre-Sales Processes and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to resolve queries and provide detailed product information
- Familiarity with E-commerce Platforms and Technological tools
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining customer records
- Experience in the home improvement or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
