Billu Personal Care is a tech-enabled home-salon services marketplace. Customers use our platform to book a range of beauty and grooming services, including skincare treatments, haircuts, makeup, and men's grooming, delivered in the comfort of their homes.

About the Role & Team

We are currently seeking an experienced Salon Trainer for our Salon at Home Category to join our dynamic team. The Salon Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality training of Salon/beauty services, including:

  • Salon for women: Skincare, hair, nails, and makeup services

  • Salon for men: Hair and grooming services

  • Mens grooming

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for beauty service partners in the skincare, hair, makeup, and grooming categories.

  • Conduct both online and physical training sessions in Delhi NCR, ensuring flexibility for service partners.

  • Continuously update training materials to align with industry advancements and Billu Personal Cares policies.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the training department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all beauty services training.

  • Manage training schedules and ensure timely completion of all sessions.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary improvements.

  • Act as a liaison between the business team and training coordinators to ensure alignment between training objectives and business goals.

  • Communicate training progress, needs, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate the performance of trainers and trainees.

  • Address training deficiencies promptly to maintain consistent service quality.

  • Allocate trainers strategically based on their expertise and availability to meet training demands across salon/beauty services.

  • Monitor trainer performance and provide guidance to enhance their effectiveness.

What We Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Beauty & Wellness, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier salons, beauty facilities, or startups, focusing on training and development.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate beauty teams.

  • Proven experience in training of beauty professionals, in salons or grooming facilities.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate beauty service training teams effectively.
