The Operations Manager will oversee daily at salon and at home salon operations, manage staff scheduling, coordinate with partners, monitor performance metrics, and ensure seamless service delivery. The role also includes managing customer feedback, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Operations Manager will work closely with all the salon branches and the management to support business growth and operational efficiency.QualificationsExperience in staff management, scheduling, and coordination in the Beauty and Wellness background.Skills in performance monitoring and process improvementStrong understanding of customer service and feedback managementProficiency in using digital tools and platforms for operations managementExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
